the receptionist gave us a triple room. this room wasn't clean and we found a note and some chocolate belonging to the previous guest..

i found the front desk team cute. the room was clean and spacious. every staff member i met, including housekeepers and bar staff, seemed friendly and helpful. i appreciated annemarie's excellent assistance.

The lack of an elevator meant i had to carry my luggage up the stairs. the flight of stairs between floors wasn't too long.

i found the staff to be warm and cute (especially at the check in!). the service at the bar was efficient and always delivered with a smile. i would definitely consider staying here again when flying from this airport.

i did notice that the shower had quite weak pressure. the water sort of dribbled out , made it difficult to get a decent shower. maybe the shower head needs replacing soon.

The room was really spacious, it came with everything i needed like a kettle, iron and hairdryer. the bed was comfortable. I slept so well. i appreciate how convenient the hotel is to the airport.

i thought the price and quality of food and drinks could be better. next time, i will bring my own snacks and drinks to save money.
