I traveled alone with a visual impairment, and they were helpful. they gave me a room near reception (which was great for accessibility). the bar staff even offered assistance with my food and drinks. Honestly, as a disabled traveler, it was perfect. the room felt secure and accessible, which eased my concerns.
i encountered a minor issue . there was a £5 charge not using the park and fly service. this wasn't clearly indicated on the site, which caused a bit of confusion upon arrival.
